Prepare and include Commissioning Specifications in Contract Documents
Facilitate development of Owner Project Requirements (OPR)
Review Construction Documents and Basis of Design (BOD)
- Document Observation Reports and Issue Log
- Implement Commissioning Plans and oversee Commissioning activities
- Observe construction activities to diagnose and resolve deviations from the OPR and BOD
- Assist in development of Training Plan with contractors and owners
- Issue final Commissioning Report
- Follow-up commissioning and warranty reviews
- Hand Over projects Documents
- Prepare / Supervise O&M manuals
