Refurbishment of Amiri Diwan – Phase II,Qatar

The project is the prestigious office building of the Qatari Diwan Amiri.

The building is a one story building, ground and first floor, as an extension and renovation of the existing Amiri Diwan at the Cornish. Ground floor is used for the public relations while the first floor consists of the VIP staff with the office of H. H. Qatari Amir and his assistants.

The project is considered one of the most prestigious and sophisticated projects executed following the most high international standards in Qatar. I-TAB / U-TAB was entrusted to be part of the construction teams and participate in the construction phase follow up and visits prior to start Testing & Balancing Works.

The project was awarded in October 2010. The works were completed in May 2011 after all the environmental measurements, winter and summer, and systems functional tests were completed and handed over in season as per the project specifications.
