Doha Metro Project Phase I – Systems Rolling Stock, Track Work Depot and Maintenance
Phase 1 comprises 130 km route length, comprising 75 km in bored or cut and cover tunnel, trough or ramp structure, 25 km elevated and 30 km at grade and 49 stations, which will reach the motor racing circuit at Lusail, the New Doha International Airport, Education City and Airport City. The first phase will see the construction of three out of the four lines (Red, Gold, and Green) and 37 stations. These lines expected to be open to the public by 2020. The project awarded to UTAB in June. 2018. UTAB has successfully finished its scope of work on August 2018

• Prepare commissioning plan.
• Implement commissioning plan during construction phase.
• Follow up construction phase in site to insure that it is according to OPR, BOD and industrial best practice.
• Supervise pre-functional tests, startup tests and functional performance tests
• Create and follow up issue log sheet to insure very problem recorded and solved at the end of the project.
• Review operation and maintenance manual.
• Review owner staff training handouts.
• Submitting of final commissioning repor
